Completely satisfied with my recent service needs. Mike and Crystal are great people to work with; professional and efficient. My job required repairs to my quicky steps (new controller) and my generator exhaust pipe. Mike was able to get my stairs covered by GoodSam extended warranty, and the exhaust (not covered) was done in a cost effective manner. Highly recommend Terry’s RV for service.
Always very helpful, and extremely knowledgably. We went there for parts. I'm sorry, but we don't remember the wonderful lady who helped us behind the counter with the parts we needed. Now that is the way people who care work. Highly recommend Terry's.!
Tim is the most knowledgeable, professional, patient person in the camper industry! Answered all our question, took his time to show us on multiple trailers on multiple days! Great store, great staff, super clean, very clean educated in their profession! I will be back when i upgrade. Definitely recommend Terry’s RV, best location in all of Illinos!!
I had a problem with my heating system and I called and Sean to help me out! He was great!
Bought an RV from them. Sean, my salesman was great. The rest of the staff worked with me along the way. My only regret was this. I asked about a spare and was told I didn’t need one because I could request a tire with my rv road insurance. I had a blowout 100 miles from my destination and found that was not the case with my AAA policy. It would have been five stars without that.
